On April 2, 2002，State Certification and Accreditation Administration, General Administration of Quality Supervision, State Administration of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation jointly issued the Certification Institutions and Certification Ttraining , Consulting Institutions Approval Registration and Supervision Administration Regulation. This Regulation rules that certification, training and consulting institutions must be audited and approved by State Certification and Accreditation Administration before July 31, 2002, otherwise they cannot continue to conduct relevant certification, certification training and certification consulting business activities.

On November 1, 2003, the State Council issued and implemented the People's Republic of China certification and accreditation regulation, in accordance with law to punish no qualification certification, training and consulting institutions to impose 500,000 yuan and above, confiscate the illegal gains, and banned. The associated enterprise cannot successful certification, or the certificates obtained are invalid.

All certification consulting activities of medical device shall conform to the requirements of the People's Republic of China certification and accreditation regulation.

Enterprise (Entrustor) has no security to cooperate with no approval illegal certification consulting organization, such illegal certification consulting organization usually stopped the business activities during the country crackdown, it faced the risk of closing down the day after the crackdown at any time.

If you want to ask why such illegal certification consulting institutions can't obtain approval? Such illegal certification consulting institutions want to find out a plausible reason, but the main reason is they never willing to touch that they have no national certified senior consultants and consultants, and certification consultation process just depend on the national registered senior consultants or consultants to complete the special process!

So, Jiushun Enterprise Management remind enterprise in searching certification consulting institutions, first must let consultation institutions show approval documents issued by State Certification and Accreditation Administration. Only the institution like Jiushun Enterprise Management having the approval documents of State Certification and Accreditation Administration is legal formal institution. Any consulting institution without approval documents of State Certification and Accreditation Administration, self-employed, individual are against the requirements of the People's Republic of China certification and accreditation regulation.

Enterprise should seek legal, normative institution to cooperate, that will safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

2. Got authorized by NECCA (former National Quality Authentication Training Centre) (authorized number: NECCA - 2000-002).

3. Got authorized by China Green Material Symbol Workstation (authorized number: green label qualification word 2004-0420).

4. Got Approved by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission (Approved number: 1348).

5. Got membership of Shanghai Authentication Association (membership number: the SCA - ZX 0023).
